Internet Explorer pop up worm cant be detected even with pop up blocker

I seem to have some kind of a back ground sleeping process that seems
to open IE pop ups at some regular time intervals, and I have tried
stopping all processes that belong to me, but it still doesnt kill it,
does any one have any solution or information regarding this. I have
tried using several commercial pop up blockers like ad-subtract but it
still doent work and pop ups keep showing up.

Yea, I so damaged my IE with Popup stop programs and spyware removal
programs, that it doesn't work anymore. period. I tried reinstalling and
running the service pack, and IE is just broke.

I had to load another internet browser, mozilla One nice thing is it hasn't
had any popups yet either.
