INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY WORKING IN ONE PROFILE AT A TIME IN XP

From day one of receiving the new desktop, I am having a weird issue.
In Windows XP we have multiple users at home (one for each family
member). If internet explorer is open in one of the user profiles and
you switch to another profile without closing it, then in the other
profile the internet explorer refuses to run and gives a VISUAL C++ Run
Time Error.

Has any one else encounterd or does any one know how to solve this
issue? I will appreciate any help.

Hi,
As PA Bear suggested, the Google toolbar may be the culprit. You may be able
to simply uninstall / reinstall the google toolbar.

Also, the McAfee phishing filter has been know to cause this.
