Internet Explorer Offline Message

Much of the time I open web pages and get a windows
message that states I am not online, but I am, I press
Try Again and the page opens, is there a setting to
remedy this.
 
hey! you may have "work offline" option selected under
the "file" menu. deselect that option and see whether it
works. cheers!
