internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close

When entering several different websites, they will close
and I get the message "Internet explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close" when I check the details it
says the application is Iexplorer.exp and the mod is
jum.dll. What can I do to fix this problem because it is
continuing to get worse and be a problem with more and
more websites?

To whom it may concern! PLEASE HELP!!!
I have been fighting the same problem as "Stephanie."
What can be done to fix this. And can anyone tell me
how to get directly to microsoft support. I think I could
learn Mandarin Chinese quicker.
