Internet explorer hanging

I'm running IE6 on Windows Xp Home.
I have run spyboy search and destroy yet when i am
browsing now i get hung up and the error message detail
is.

\iexplore.exe.mdmp
COCUME~1\GREGRE~\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER68.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt

Any ideas what this refers to?
