Internet Explorer Error

I have been having a problem with Internet Explorer for about a week. Whenever I close a page, I get the: Sorry, Internet Explorer has encountered a problem & must close, error box. Here is the info: AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: tvmbho.dl
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00002e9

I have an HP with a partioned hard drive, so I did not receive a recovery disk with my computer. How do I fix this? It's driving me crazy.
