I am unable to access my banking program. I called the bank and they told me
to go to "about internet explorer" and the version #, cipher strength and
product ID is blank. They told me to contact my Internet Provider about the
issue but they said it isn't their problem. Is this something I can fix
myself?
The issue showed up after I installed PC-illin Internet Securiy.
I also found that my help area in windows XP doesn't work. I tried to use
system restore but when I click on System Restore, all I get is a blank
screen.
I am running Windows XP home edition with SP2.
