Internet Explorer Error Reports

I am "constantly" getting this message(to follow),once I
submit it my computer returns to desktop. I can hardly
make a move and "error"
Here is the message:
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem
Send Error Reports.
Does anyone know how to clear up this problem.

In the error-report dialog, click "to see what data thsi report contains" and note down the ModName.
