Internet Explorer Encountered a Problem and Must Close

I am getting an error message that says that Internet
Explorer Has Encountered a Problem and then asks to send
a report, then closes right away. This is happening 100%
on the time. I cannot get any Internet Explorer sites to
stay up for more than 5 to 10 seconds before this happens
each and every time. I send the report, but I've heard
nothing. I had to use the earthlink browser to get here.
Please. please somebody help me.
