Internet Explorer does start very slowly

Hi,
What's the matter? Suddenly my "IE" does need to open the
window very long time. It has been alredy much better.
Whole 40 sec does it need to open the window (about blank,
in other words no connecting to the web).
Previously it needed only 2-3 sec for it.
Any suggestions to it?
