Internet Explorer does not respond or has a delay

When I try to open internet explorer by double clicking the icon, or from the
start menu, it does not open all the time. Sometimes I have to try to open
it twice or three times, before the internet explorer window opens. Then,
when I turn off my computer, I get a message: closing the internet
explorer.... if you want to end the program now, you will loose any unsaved
data... This message will appear as many times as I had to try to open the
internet explorer. Please help me.

I am having the same problem as Jarmo. I cannot find any information in
relation to this problem on the Microsoft site at all. I'm sure that there
must be others suffering. I know it's a minor problem but it is bloody
irritating. Does ANYONE have any information or ideas on what is causing this
and how to remedy it? Anyone..?
