internet explorer didn't install correctly

hello all , i need help plzz very fast
when i tried to install internet explorer 6 in my computer
an error occured and told me ("The procedure entry point
CoInternetGetSession couldn't be located in the dynamic
link library urlmon.dll ")
now i can't open or delete or check my emails and i can't
type anythg on yahoo mesenger
Can anyone help me plzz to tell me what to do ?

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll. Then go to:
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

i made regsvr32 urlmon.dll
but IE is not installed on my computer now
what can i do
