internet explorer connection

I have IE 6 and I have XP Pro lately when I boot up I get the Error Message to send Microsoft a message and this blocks me from connecting and it freezes up my computer causing an online crash; sending the error message to Microsoft does nothing; and doing what they recommend does nothing either; this error screen pops up dozens of times each day;I ran a virus scan and I defragged and I have spy bot and cleaned my hard drive; I have shut down the system and unplugged things for awhile; no success. TIA ; plese send e-mail to (e-mail address removed)

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
