I have been having problems with internet explorer and my connection. I will
be using the internet (via a wireless connection) on my laptop and all of a
sudden it will seem like i loose the connection and the page comes up saying
the page cannot be displayed (it happens on tons of different websites), but
it will show i have full connection. I have found a few tricks around it such
as opening a new internet explorer window, which will get the other page that
i was working on back up. It just seems to get 'stuck' and its getting pretty
annoying? does anyone have any suggestions??

As the other helper suggests, do some troubleshooting. WiFi connectivity has
its own layer of problems.

What you're describing could be called "dropped packet" or "connection time
out". Make sure that it's not a WiFi problem - do a neighbourhood survey.

And since the problem is intermittent, check your MTU setting.
