Internet Explorer Closes Often

I have installed IE 6 SP1 on Win ME and after some time it
Closes Saying there is some error and it displays two
buttons "Send" and "Dont Send" for submitting the error
report.

Can any one tell me what is the problem and how to fix it?
as the problem is not only on ME but also on Win98.

My System Configuration is
CPU : Intel Celeron 433 MHz
RAM : 128 MB SD
HDD : Seagate 40 GB
MotherBoard : Mercury Intel Board (810 Chipset)

First, disable the error reporting tool:

Then, when your system crashes again provide the following details (click on
the details button):
