Internet Explorer cannot Download Filename from Webserver

I was wonmdering if anyone could help me please. I a
running a citrix metaframe farm of 12 servers. Currently
I have an issue with users attempting to open .pdf/.ica
files from the IE6 SP1 web browser.

"The error message is Internet Explorer Cannot Download
Filename from Website"

I have also applied update q816868.exe as recommended by
MS.

Any ideas on how to resolve this problem would be greatly
appreciated
 
Check with Adobe, as in this article they may have others.

PDF file doesn't open in Web browser (Acrobat 6.0 or Adobe Reader 6.0 on
Windows)

Issue
When you try open an Adobe PDF file in a Web browser, a blank screen
appears.
Detail
The PDF file is hosted on a Web Server that uses Netegrity SiteMinder for
security.
