Internet Explorer Authentication Requires

I have workgroup environement in my office and I have no Proxy or ISA Server.
Simple DSL IP is the gateway of each computer. I need when ever a user opens
Internet Explorer it will ask for password. After giving correct password it
will allow to browse otherwise no. How can it possible? Reply me urgent on

IE has no capability of doing what you wish.
