internet explorer and multiple accounts

I have 4 accounts on xp.My son and I (2 seperate accounts) have no trouble getting on internet explorer.My wife and daughter(2 seperate accounts) can not log on.When they click on "Internet Explorer" they get 'page cannot be displayed'.Can anyone please help me?Thanks..........

Are these account set to admin. rights?
Have you tried to setup the connection manually in each account.
Start>Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections>Setup

I would back up everything on the bad accounts and remove them and create them again
