Internet Explorer and JavaScript

I have updated my IE and now I can't open some pages. For
example if I click on either English or Francais on this
page »www.rogers.com/language_preference.html nothing
happens. Can't open either page. Also some pages give me
the runtime error line= 0. I set my IE security settings
to default but no changes. Downloaded the latest Java
Runtime Environment ? just incase but that doesn't help.
Anybody know what to do?

Just tried the site and get a refresh on the same page.

Looked at the code and IMHO there is no reference to where you should be
redirected.
It's bad coding.

No way to get to the WebMaster that I known.
If using there services, call them locally.
