Internet Explorer 7

After I upgraded from IE6 to IE7, I can no longer downoad my bank
transactions. With IE6, when I downoaded transactions from my bank website, I
received a popup saying the downoad was successfully completed and asked if I
wanted to open Microsoft Money.
When I attempt to dowwnload with IE7, I get only a "beep", no popup, and no
downoads, though the bank wedsite indicates they were sent.
I have disabled the pop-up blocker, but that does not resolve the problem.
Can someone help me?

Sure, Dont use IE7. Use Firefox.
