Internet Explorer 6 issue

Hi,
I sudenly lost version number on my IE6. I can go to
Internet but when go Help -> About I see version number
is blank. It would not bother me but my Norton Antivirus
is looking for IE4.1 or higher and would not start!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
