Internet Explorer 6 is not responding late when we click on the IE6 Icon

Respected Sir,

Whenever i click on the internet explorer icon on the
desktop so it's respond is too late say upto 15 to 20
seconds and more also. And if it open then it gets hang
when we are working on more then one window.

my PC is P4 intel processor 1.8Ghz, 256 RAm, with 40 GB
hard disk so i don't think this because of lower rating of
PC and if so, so please inform me as soon as possible.

If you have any remaidy about my problems so kindly
