Internet Explorer 6.0 cookies error while trying to login yahoo mail

I am getting the following error while trying to loing at
yahoo mail or hotmail.

The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies
rejected)

I tried all the changes via Internet Options-> Tools-
Privacy.
But the problem doesn't get resolved.

Please help.

Suggest disabling any firewall until cookies are working correctly. Make
certain your time, date, and time *zone* settings are all correct.
