Internet Explore in limited account

How do I make internet explorer work as default app in a limited account? I
set it up but explorer will not display pages. Help Please

What do you mean by "limited account"? Limited in what way?

I guess that by "default app" you mean "default browser". If not, please
clarify.

I have set up multiple accounts for windows xp home. I have 4 accounts on the
log on screen 3 of which are limited meaning they can't dowenload or make
major changes to the computer. How can I make internet explorer work on these
accounts? Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.
