Internet doesn't work on startup...

Hello,

My Internet doesn't work on startup. To get the Internet working, I
have to go to Network Connections and disable my Local Area Connection
and then enable it. I'm running Windows XP, has anyone had this type
of problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is your setup? Do you have any 3-rd party conection software
installed?
