Internet Connection

I keep losing my internet connection especially when the system is idle for
10 minutes or so.I did not have the problem prior to installing IE7. Could
this be a coincidence?Possibly a problem with my isp?Win XP Home sp2. P4 1.6
640 mb ram IE7. Any suggestions?
