internet connection

Tommy

hi. after downloading a file share sys last night, i was
setting it up when it aborted. after that i couldn't get
onto the internet via IE. i was however able to use my
email (outlook) so my connection was still there. after a
while outlook couldn't get a connection and when re-
booting the sys it would come up with lots of the
installation promts as if i were about to install
something. after they stopped my modem (usb
connection) was ejected.

i then uninstalled the flie share sys and deleted
everything connected with it but still the problem
continued.

i have kazaa installed and have done for ages. with this
i was able to acess the internet through its browser for
a while until all internet connection was lost

after i try to access the internet, press home, it says
at the very top of the page
C:\WINNT\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror

cheers
tommy

Hello Tommy,

Try disabling the TLS 1.0 connection in the Advanced Tab of the browser
options.
