Internet connection times out when uploading...2ND POST

I have a tough one for you...at least I think it's tough. I have a computer
in an office on

a T1 line. We have about 10 computers and for some reason when I upload
pictures to the web

on one computer...the connection times out. I am on a static IP address on
our LAN and when

I repair the connection...then the upload goes through. Everytime. I
thought I was just

reaching the upload bandwidth for our connection but doing this from another
computer in the

next office works everytime without this problem. It's just this computer.
I take about 15 pictures of used cars and upload them to a website for a car
dealership. I upload a few hundred a week so you see why this is a problem.
I have tried repairing the connection before the upload (of about 10-15
photos) to try to fool it but this doesn't work. I set up a static ping to
my router and another one to a WAN address and tried the upload. The ping
to my router kept on going with no connection problems. The one to the WAN
address looked like this...

When the "time" goes from the 20's to the 300's is when I hit the upload
button. Then after a few seconds the upload fails and I get the "request
timed out." After a minute I repair the connection and that's when it starts
up again.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Todd

NEVERMIND...I figured it out.

I went into msconfig and turned off a bunch of processes from starting with
Windows. Not sure which one it was and don't care, but somthing was blocking
me from the Internet whenever I uploaded.

Thanks anyway...even tho no one even replied the first time I posted a week
ago. I thought I would put my solution so as to help someone else in the
future maybe.
