Internet connection sound is too noisy.....

hello everyone,

how can i low the volume of internet connection (i know
it last for only a few seconds but couldn't stand it!!).

If you're talking about the funky noise your modem makes
when dialing you're connection, go into the modem
properties and lower the volume on the sound option.

Go into your network connections and right-click on your
internet connection(which is for your modem) and choose
properties. From there you can basicially go through the
different tabs and settings and adjust them to your
likeing. Hopefully I explained that well enough. I
haven't had a dial-up connection(Cable internet is the
was to go) in such a long time.
