internet connection sharing

Hi

I want to enable internet connection sharing on my dial up connection. I
have configured it before but had to change my dial number and want to re
configure.

When I run the wizard it sets the connection to sharing then removes it and
says an error occurred and I should configure manually.

When I right click on the connection and select properties and go to the
advanced page where the settings for ICS should be they are missing, only
the windows firewall setting box is showing the rest of the page is blank.

Any suggestions as to how I can sort this greatly appreciated.
