Internet Connection Sharing

I have a 2 PC network, 1 w/Win98SE and 1 w/WinXPHome. The
WinXp box is connected to my wireless DSL and I would like
to share the internet connection with my Win98SE box. When
I go in to "Enable" Internet Connection Sharing on my
wireless DSL connection I get an error message.

It states "Network Connections: An error occurred while
Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. The
dependency service or group failed to start."

Does anybody have any idea on what service it is referring
to? Any ideas on how to fix this?
