Internet connection sharing, cannot switch do not have option

Internet connection sharing, cannot switch do not have
option, cannot install remote admin as it needs IC
Sharing be removed, but when going to control internet
and network advanced this is only the option re firewall
no option for sitching on or off the Internet connection
sharing ??.
Any Ideas ??
