internet connection problem 'ignore call' pop up

I have had a problem for sometime relating to my internet
connection, every 15 - 20 minutes or so I am cut off and
a pop up window titled 'ignore call' appears. from my
investigations I am now confident that I am not in fact
receiving an incoming call as this happens when I am
surfing during the early hours (and have never received
calls during this period). I would be very pleased if you
could give me so information to solve this problem as it
is considerably reducing my enjoyment of using the
internet. should you require further details (screen
prints etc.) please ask.

Barbara,
There is no such option "ignore call" supplied by MS.
Either that's something you installed or exists from your OEM.
