Internet connection only works for one account on PC

I have a laptop that connects via a broadband connection. All users are able
to connect to ISP but only one account can use Internet explorer. The rest
just get unable to connect to this website. Installed Firefox to see if it
was the browser, but same problem. Checked all the settings in the account
that can connect with all the others, all account settings are the same.

This might reset winsock for the accounts that can't connect. If so,
you may need to use it on each account.

Click Start, Run, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Restart the system
