Internet Broswer Problem

Guest

Whenever I try to attempt to go to sbcglobal site, I get an error box that
states that the Yahoo Browers has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Tell Microsoft about the problem. It gives me an option to send error report
or not. I always send it. Then a box states that the error report is sent.
Close the box, then a box states thank you for taking the time to send the
problem. Follow the link below for information which may prevent this in the
future. When clicking on more information link, it again goes to the box
that states Yahoo Brower has encounter a problem.
How do I fix this?

Hi,
Do you have Internet Explorer (not customized by Yahoo) installed? Does it
work?

Next time you see the Error Reporting screen, click on the "To see what data
this error report contains" link and make a note of the first few DLLs to be
mentioned.
Examples:
mshtml.dll
oleaut32.dll
urlmon.dll

The first 3 or 4 DLLs to be mentioned may help diagnose the problem.

You might also try...
[XP SP2] From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons. Disable non-microsoft add-ons to
see if one of them is the culprit.
[Non SP2] Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third-party browser
extensions." If either of these helps, you still need to find the
troublesome program, BHO or add-on.

Hope this helps,
Don
