Internet being slow

I just bought a new gateway with windows vista. My internet is slower than
my 4 year old computer. Is it windows vista? Please someone help me.
 
Sorry, the "Access" in the name of this newsgroup refers to the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a more appropriate newsgroup:
perhaps one related to Vista.

You might also contact your ISP to see whether there are any issues that
they're aware of.
