International time-change issues

Whenever I change my clock, what were previously one-day / all-day events
change to two-day events throughout Outlook--the 'End Time' moves forward by
one day--which requires that I go through them and change the End Time back
to the same day as the Start Time and tick 'All day event'--I have all of my
Appointments as All Day Events--which is obviously very time-consuming. Any
suggestions for how I might avoid this issue? TIA.

You can try this:
- with the clock set to a time where the items are correct one day events,
export them to a CSV file using the File menu > Import & Export command
- delete the items
- change the clock
- import the items

Thank you very much, Vince, MUCH appreciated. I was hoping there would be
something nice and simple to get around the problem but perhaps not--it seems
to be a bit of an oversight if there isn't.
Many thanks again,
James

The easiest fix is to not change the time zone unless it’s a permanent move.
If you need to change the zone, use the dual zone feature instead of
constantly changing all day events. There is a time zone move tool you can
use to adjust times - it works in all versions of outlook.

BTW - if you are making this change each time your area goes to and from
daylight saving time, you need to use the correct DST setting for your zone
(and make sure you have the correct tz data installed) - this will eliminate
issued when the seasons change. See http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst
for more info on worldwide updates.
