All Day Events Changing When Time Zone Changes

My mananager changes time zones all the time and she has MANY all day events
on her calendar. It is really frusterating when the all day events go into
the next day or start the day before (showing up on 2 different days). Is
there a way to fix this?? She would like them to stay at the top as an all
day event in only ONE Day - they day of the event, no matter what time zone
she is in.

PLEASE HELP!! Does anyone know how to fix this???

instead of changing the time zone, add a second time zone to the view
(tools, options, calendar options) and set it for the new time zone.

You're kidding, right?

The first thing _everybody_ does when they actually reach a new timezone is
switch the system time (I do it by swapping timezones in Outlook).

If this isn't designed to work (i.e. birthdays and holidays end up being
between the middle of two days), then why does this feature even exist? This
was listed as a known issue in OL2000
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/197718); has this really not been figured
out yet?

Outlook simply does not allow floating events.
