Internal Modem Install problem

I have been trying to install a internal V92 56K PCI TO
MY XP Pro PC. Each time the process goes thru the
install wizard and its loading drivers a window pops up
stating that windows could not install device - a second
window states that error occur while installing: Access
is denied. I am logged in as system Administrator with
all rights..., I previously was able to install Robotics
external modem with no problem.., HELP!!

Did you uninstall the old drivers etc etc etc?????
