Internal Mails arriving in Junk Mail

Hi!

I have a customer who has a problem with Exch07 SP1 and Outlook 2003. In one
of his mailboxes arriving mails are put into the Junk Mail folder eventhough
Junk Mail is turned off, the AV-Software says the mail is NOT spam and the
SCL is -1! This doen't happen with every mail, but it does happen regularly.
Any ideas!

Check the blocked list of that person.
Also, try to determine if it is being placed there by Outlook or Exchange by
monitoring the mailbox via OWA.
