Help! I have a customer who is hosting their own email with Exchange SBS 2003
and they are having an issue of internal email being routed to the Junk mail
folder.
I have set the Junk E-mail options to No Automatic Filtering, but it still
gets routed the the junk mail. This is only happening to one individual. I
have tried to tell Outlook that these emails are not Junk mail but I get the
followling message "The e-mail address for this sender is internal to your
organization and cannot be added to the list. I have checked both the safe
and blocked lists and both are empty. Any thoughts?
