Internal Floppy Drive

Does anyone know where I can get an internal floppy drive that does not
have a faceplate on the front? It has a shutter that covers the disk
slot, but it's part of the metal casing. It's used in a case that has a
sculpted drive slot, instead of a rectangular bay.

Do you have the original floppy drive still? IIRC, the flap
is often mounted via the top cover, if you bought another
drive from same manufacturer or similar enough, it "might"
allow swapping the top cover from old to new drive. No
guarantees though, you might seek good pictures of product
someplace like http://www.newegg.com

Unfortunately, I don't have the original drive. Apparently it was
removed from the machine (a friends) when it failed, but no replacement
was made. It's a Sony VAIO, so I'll contact them tomorrow to see if
they can help.

I ripped through newegg, but everthing has a shutter mounted in a
faceplate. Thanks for the ideas.
