Internal error problem

We just loaded XP-SP2 onto a new computer. We have an
Intel motherboard - D845GVSR with a Celeron-D processor.
Whenever we try to load the motherboard CD, we get the
following error: Internal error. Process timed out.
Anyone have any ideas?
