Internal Error 2755.110 with MSAntiSpyware.msi

Any help on failed install of Microsoft Antispyware beta.
During install, I get Internal Error 2755.110,
C:\Windows\Downloaded Installations\...Microsoft
AntiSpyware.msi. I have followed install instructions.
WinXP Pro registered.
