? Internal error 0001.0000002

Folks once the win xp has loaded a small windows comes up in the center of
the screen, says internal error with 0001.0000002 in the box, I click on it
and everything seems fine.

Thoughts on what this is or how to fix it

Thank you for the hint ref the keyboard, i have a Microsoft Muti
Media
with a F Lock key, i used your info and it worked properly and now
my problems are all fixed. Thanks again
