Intermittent send problem

Once in a while, some of my co-workers will experience a server time-out
when trying to send email. They may have multiple emails or just a single
one email in their outbox; however, it seems that just one email won't go
out. We've tried to delete the email and recreate it to send again...that
works sometimes....another time I've noticed an extra space in an address
that caused problems...almost always, the problem was with an email that
contained multiple addresses (>20)...has anyone else experienced this
problem and do you have any suggestions??

Thanks!

Suggest you post your Outlook version and the mail server you are using.
ISP or Exchange? If Exchange, what version?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

Problem doesn't happen to everyone...when it does happen, it appears to only
affect a single machine (peer to peer network)...

Besides the issues you noticed, does the ISP have anything to say? Are they
having intermittent problems? Does message size affect when this happens?
