intermittant slow internet and login

MY system had been working fine for months on end,
but all of a sudden my clients are complaining about slow
internet that starts about 10 am.

There are no errors in the error log. I noticed it once
and it seemed to also coincide with slow login.

I have a single DC server running win2k server. Only one
domain. I have an internet server running win2k.
It is using watchguard, has broadband access and the only
thing that was changed was trying to deploy NT clients
using Symantec AV rollout. It was working fine until
then. Could something have changed my DNS?

Any ideas would be apprecitated!

What DNS servers are in the client and DC's IP properties?
Can you post an ipconfig /all of your DC and one of a client machine?
