Hi,
I have created a new win2k domain and everything works fine, except that it
takes a few minutes to login in the domain.
I get also an DNS error on the event viewer (5774). I know that I need to
configure something on the DNS so that workstations can find easily the
DC...but what do I need to configure?
The DNS in my workstation is my ISP DNS...do I need to change this? Do I
need to use my DC DNS in my workstations?
many thanks in advance,
Miguel

Hi,

Yes, your workstations need to point to your DC for DNS. Your DNS server can
be configured to forward to your ISP so Internet names can be resolved.
