Interferes with Windows Update

I have noticed that with the MS Spyware running the web
process of verifying that the correct "Windows Update
Sofware" is installed it errors with:

[Error number: 0x8024D00C]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display
the page you are trying to view. The options provided
below might help you solve the problem.

When the MS Spyware services are stopped, the
verification process functions properly.

You can temporarily shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware from the notification
area then run Microsoft Windows Update.
