interface not registered? WMI is not working

when i go to view the properties of WMI this message comes up. Interface is
not registered and the panel is blank. also please help.

Delete the files in the REPOSITORY folders (..\system32\wbem) (you will have
to turn off the winmanagement service to do that) 'net stop winmgmt'
